Senior Consultant- Success Foctors Employee Central

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Production Support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations

Configure Employee Central modules including:

• Foundational Objects

• Time Management

• Workflows

• Employee Self-Service

• Integration with SAP S/4HANA

Support UAT, data migration, and go-live activities

Troubleshoot system issues and recommend best practices

Prepare configuration documents, user manuals, and project reports

Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR processes with business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or related field

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (latest preferred)

5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience

Minimum 3 end-to-end Employee Central implementation projects

Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, Time Management, and Global HR Compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
