Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities
  • Understand student profiles and suggest suitable courses and universities
  • Guide students through the admission and application process
  • Assist in documentation and ensure timely submissions
  • Conduct follow-ups with students and maintain records
  • Support students with visa guidance and pre-departure processes
  • Handle student queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Achieve counseling and enrollment targets
  • Mentor junior counsellors if required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in study abroad counseling
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of overseas education processes and countries
  • Ability to handle multiple students and meet deadlines
  • Target-oriented and result-driven
