Perform:

- Root cause analysis

- Business rule validation

- Exception troubleshooting

- Overtime and accrual logic review

- Data View configuration support

Support and monitor integrations:

- Employee imports

- SFTP-based interfaces

Coordinate and manage escalations to UKG for:

- Product defects

- Platform-level incidents

- Configuration changes and enhancements (executed by UKG)

Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution

Maintain knowledge documentation and support artifacts

5+ years of UKG/Kronos functional administration experience

Strong expertise in:

- Pay Rules

- Accrual policies

- Scheduling rules

- Overtime configuration

Experience supporting integrations and file-based interfaces

Experience working in production support (BAU) environments

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work autonomously within defined governance model
