Job Description
The Senior Consultant will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation and support of SAP Spend Management solutions across the organization. They will work closely with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, improve supplier collaboration, and enhance spend visibility. By leveraging SAP's powerful tools, the consultant will streamline sourcing, contracting, and purchasing activities, ensuring efficient and effective supplier management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP Spend Management projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and understand client requirements, offering tailored SAP solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and Fieldglass to meet organizational needs.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SAP Spend Management processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with existing systems.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Spend Management features and industry trends.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Spend Management consulting, with a focus on SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and Fieldglass.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading complex SAP implementations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of successful SAP Spend Management projects.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior consultants.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
