Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in the SAP Procurement - Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba Contracts solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing contract lifecycle management processes, ensuring efficient authoring, negotiation, approval, and compliance. This role offers an opportunity to lead and mentor a team, contributing to the overall success of Bristlecone's SAP Ariba Contracts practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Ariba Contracts implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba Contracts solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in contract lifecycle management best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the functionality and performance of SAP Ariba Contracts solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba Contracts with other systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Ariba Contracts and CLM technologies, contributing to the company's thought leadership.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and workshops, showcasing the benefits and features of SAP Ariba Contracts solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba Contracts consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.
- Expertise in SAP Ariba configuration and customization, with the ability to design and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba Contracts testing methodologies and strategies.
- Familiarity with industry-specific contract management processes, particularly in procurement and supply chain domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
