Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, focusing on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and support innovative technical solutions, collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. With your extensive experience in ABAP development and SAP EWM enhancements, you will contribute to the success of our SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of technical solutions for SAP EWM projects.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and configure SAP EWM modules, ensuring optimal performance and integration with other SAP systems.
- Develop custom ABAP code to enhance SAP EWM functionality, following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM-related issues, both during and post-implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM enhancements and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Document and maintain technical design and development artifacts, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy maintenance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP EWM.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, including EWM implementations and enhancements.
- Expertise in ABAP development, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Web Dynpro, and SAP UI5.
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionality and its integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex SAP EWM projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
