Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure the quality and performance of SAP ABAP code.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and contribute to the innovation and improvement of our SAP ABAP practices.
- Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
- Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy maintenance of SAP ABAP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective support to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposal development and demonstrating expertise in SAP ABAP solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including OOP concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP HANA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core components is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and HANA Studio.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
