Job Description

We are looking for experienced Senior SAP Consultants with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations.

The consultant will be responsible for leading functional activities across the implementation lifecycle, working closely with customers to understand business requirements, conduct fit-to-standard workshops, configure SAP best-practice processes, and ensure successful deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong business-process knowledge, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to lead implementation teams independently.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation activities for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition / GROW with SAP.
Conduct customer discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Understand business requirements and map them to standard SAP best-practice processes.
Drive SAP Activate methodology and implementation deliverables.
Prepare and maintain business process documentation and configuration documents.
Configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition based on approved business processes.
Advise customers on Clean Core principles and minimize unnecessary customizations.
Identify gaps and recommend appropriate SAP standard solutions, extensibility options, or integrations.
Coordinate with SAP, customer business teams, technical teams, and other implementation consultants.
Lead functional testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
Support data migration, integration, security and authorization teams from a functional perspective.
Resolve functional issues and provide root-cause analysis during implementation and hypercare.
Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.
