Solution Design & Implementation: Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Client Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide expertise on best practices in SAP FICO.
Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules (FI and CO) to meet business needs, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP SCM, and external systems.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization's financial systems.
Testing & Validation: Oversee system testing (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure that SAP FICO configurations meet business requirements and are functioning correctly.
Training & Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper system usage and knowledge transfer. Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across the system.
Upgrades & Enhancements: Manage the implementation of SAP FICO upgrades, enhancements, and patches to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
Project Management: Lead SAP FICO projects and contribute to the overall project management efforts, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that financial reporting, controls, and compliance requirements are met by the SAP FICO system, including tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of SAP financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Profit Center/Cost Center Accounting.
Experience with SAP integration between FICO and other modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP SCM, and SAP BW.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Understanding of financial reporting, tax calculations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls within SAP FICO.
SAP FICO Certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (formerly Simple Finance) is a plus.
Knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and their role in improving financial processes.
Experience in financial consolidations and multi-currency configurations.
Exposure to other SAP modules like SAP BW or SAP HANA is an advantage.
