Job Description
- Experience with S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of process automation workflows (BPA/RPA).
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
Responsibilities
- 48 years of experience in Business Process Modeling and process improvement.
- Strong expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and Process Intelligence.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 modeling standards.
- Experience in conducting process discovery sessions and mapping AS-IS/TO-BE processes.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.
- Experience with process governance and workflow management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or Signavio tools (preferred).
