Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end SAP TM solutions to our clients. Your expertise will be leveraged to analyze and understand their unique transportation management requirements, ensuring we provide tailored and effective implementations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP TM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis and gap identification for Transportation Management processes.
- Design and configure SAP TM solutions, considering client-specific needs and industry best practices.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and support, to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions, empowering clients to utilize SAP TM effectively.
- Document and maintain project artifacts, ensuring knowledge retention and easy reference.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP TM functionalities and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP TM implementations, with a strong focus on Transportation Management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP TM.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end project deliveries in a consulting environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific transportation management practices is an advantage.
- Certifications in SAP TM and/or S/4HANA are highly preferred.
- Experience in leading and mentoring project teams is desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
