Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Industries solutions, including Communication Cloud (Vlocity)
  • Define Salesforce architecture and integration patterns for enterprise-level solutions
  • Oversee CPQ implementation and configuration within Salesforce environments
  • Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform usage
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize Salesforce performance
