JOB DESCRIPTION
Location MUST be Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Benefits)
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform Workday configuration, including business processes, security roles, calculated fields, reports, and integrations support (functional side).
- Support bi-annual Workday releases, regression testing, and impact analysis.
- Manage enhancement requests, change requests, and minor development activities.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide Industry best practices
- Prepare and maintain process documents, configuration workbooks, and solution designs.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, user training, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Overall 6-7 years experience in Workday providing AMS support
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM (at least 2-3 modules).
- Workday certification in Core HCM is must
- Good understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze complex production issues and provide timely solutions.
- Experience with EIB, Report Writer, and troubleshooting integrations (functional).
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Preferably certified in additional modules (preferred but not mandatory
