Key Responsibilities:
Client Side and Server Side Scripting (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes etc )
Client & Server API's (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord )
Administration (includes Reporting Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, Personalizing Forms )
HTML/CSS/AJAX knowledge
ACL and its debugging
Knowledge of ITIL framework and good understanding of (Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management, Product Catalog etc)
Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connection with another database/instance, Webservice
MID Server setup and Update set migration.
Customize and develop for the ServiceNow Platform using JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Other Web Based scripting
Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques
Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions
Effectively utilize multiple, complex UI policies
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows
Establish complex internal and external / third-party integrations
Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successfully implemented projects which are completed on time and on budget, with a specific emphasis on Incident and Problem Management
Qualifications & Experience
ServiceNow Development at least 3-5 years of experience developing in ServiceNow with Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs Experience
Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset and Service Catalog ),
Experience with Asset, CMDB, Orchestration and Service Watch
Customer Service module and Performance Analytics
ServiceNow Experience with Scripted Web Service or Direct Web Services including Rest, SOAP APIs
Experience with Agile SCRUM and SAFe Methodologies Preferred
