Job Description:
- Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong experience in implementation + AMS/production support
- Working knowledge of Fast Formulas
- Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing
- Exposure to support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Absence Management (Mandatory), Time and Labor
- Configure absence plans, accrual rules, carryover policies, and entitlements
- Configure time entry layouts, schedules, time categories, validations, and approvals
- Support time calculation rules and workforce compliance requirements
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams
- Provide L2/L3 production support for time and absence issues
- Support Oracle quarterly releases, regression testing, and enhancements
- Assist with integrations and reporting
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Absence Management
- Experience troubleshooting accrual, balance, and absence eligibility issues
- Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
