Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and India localization. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS/TCS, e-invoicing, e-way-bill integrations, and statutory reporting is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Conduct requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
• Configure India localization requirements, including GST registrations, tax determination, CGST/SGST/IGST/UTGST, reverse charge, input-tax-credit reconciliation, and GST reporting.
• Configure and support TDS/TCS processes, including tax authorities, thresholds, rates, certificates, reconciliations, and statutory reports.
• Design, test, and support e-invoicing and e-way-bill integrations with applicable external providers.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, period close, audit requirements, and statutory-compliance changes.
• Coordinate integrations with Oracle Fusion Procurement/SCM, banks, tax providers, and external systems.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, cutover plans, and support documentation.
• Support data conversion, FBDI/ADFdi uploads, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and defect resolution.
• Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and lead regression testing for Finance and India-localization processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and communicate effectively with Finance, Tax, IT, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP/Finance consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion India localization, including GST, TDS/TCS, e-invoicing, e-way-bill integrations, and statutory reporting.
• Strong configuration expertise in General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Oracle Fusion Tax.
• At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations or major India rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and financial-close processes.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, post-go-live support, and issue resolution.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Financials with Oracle SCM, EPM, banks, tax platforms, or third-party applications.
• Experience with Accounting Hub, Expenses, Procurement, or Project Financial Management.
• CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification.
• Experience supporting global or multi-business-unit Oracle Fusion implementations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance configuration expertise with client-facing consulting capability. You should be comfortable owning a functional workstream independently, conducting business workshops, configuring Oracle Fusion, coordinating with technical teams, and taking the solution through testing, cutover, and production stabilization.

Compensation:Up to 27 LPA, depending on relevant experience, Oracle Fusion Finance expertise, current compensation, and overall fit for the role.
