Overview:
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Consultant (Operations & Monitoring) to support strategic project execution across government-led education initiatives. The role demands strong operational rigor, analytical capability, and stakeholder alignment to drive program performance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.

• Track KPIs and performance indicators to drive evidence-based decision-making.

• Prepare progress reports, MIS inputs, and maintain program dashboards.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.

• Provide operational and analytical support to enhance program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined execution.

Key Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM or a relevant postgraduate degree.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.

• Experience in at least two projects executed with Central or State Government agencies or departments.
