- 4+ years of hands on technical experience
- Skilled in requirement facilitation, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and documentation
- Strong expertise in HRSD, preferably Talent Development. Experience in Employee Lifecycle Management - onboarding, training, career progression, and succession planning.
- Solid technical foundation with broad platform knowledge
- Proven delivery experience on enterprise scale implementations
- Quick learner who is comfortable working through ambiguity
