Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant experience in AI to lead enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives for banking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI & GenAI strategy, roadmap, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Build enterprise chatbots, AI automation workflows, and LLM-based applications.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Azure Cloud, MLOps, DataOps, and APIs.
• Implement AI security, governance, risk, and compliance best practices.
• Evaluate and implement LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude) for business use cases.
• Mentor technical teams, conduct AI training, and drive AI adoption.
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Azure AI/Data certifications preferred.
• Minimum 7- 12 years of IT experience with minimum 4 years of hands-on AI/ML experience. Overall experience should not more than 15 years.
• Must have expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Claude).
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and Power Platform is preferred
• Hands on experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, DataOps, API development, and database design is mandatory
• Experience with data transformation and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Talend, or Alteryx is required
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
• Microsoft Azure AI, Azure Data, or AI/ML certifications.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation, GenAI adoption, and AI governance initiatives is required
