Reinsurance Solutions Analytics offers clients industry-leading Catastrophe Management, Impact Forecasting, Rating Agency Practice, Product Development and Research, Actuarial & ReMetrica support.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Assist onshore catastrophe management managers in assessing catastrophe risks, carrying out sensitivity studies, and providing added analytics to clients. Delivery ownership, advanced analytics, and rapid scaleup into an Aon standard bearer

Responsibilities

• Own endtoend renewal analytics, experience studies, and scenario modeling.
• Support structuring discussions through sensitivity analysis and pricing insights.
• Translate model output into clear implications and tradeoffs for onshore teams.
• Lead smaller workstreams or accounts with increasing autonomy.
• Contribute to automation, modeling libraries, and repeatable analytics frameworks.
• Grow into a people or project leadership role over time.

Experience & Profile

• 7-10 years of P&C pricing or reinsurance actuarial experience.
• Strong technical capability in R / Python (handson requirement).
• Exposure to reinsurance pricing, portfolio analytics, or broker environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across global time zones
