Senior Consultant- HEOR

Brief Introduction:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our HEOR Analytics team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, healthcare, and business strategy to support pharmaceutical clients in demonstrating the clinical and economic value of their products.
You will leverage clinical trial and real-world data to develop robust economic models, generate actionable insights, and inform pricing, reimbursement, and market access decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct statistical analyses on clinical trial and real-world datasets to derive insights such as treatment effects, survival outcomes, healthcare resource utilization, and health utility estimates
- Develop and implement health economic models (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact models) aligned with client and product strategy
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses (univariate, multivariate, and probabilistic) to assess model robustness and uncertainty
- Design and execute analytical research projects, including study conceptualization, methodology selection, and result interpretation
- Analyze large healthcare datasets such as claims data and electronic health records using advanced statistical techniques
- Prepare high-quality deliverables including model documentation, technical reports, user guides, presentations, and publications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and HEOR/product leads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery
- Develop metrics and frameworks to track business impact and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in HEOR, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical consulting
- Strong understanding of health economic modeling techniques and outcomes research
- Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint (storytelling and presentations)
- Experience working with clinical trial data, claims data, or real-world evidence
