Ariba Cross function Lead (SLP & Buying)

Experience: 8–12 years in Ariba; Strong in SLP and Buying

Implement & support supplier registration, qualification, performance management and risk monitoring integrated with external data providers and internal controls in a complex multi-ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather Requirement, perform fit-gap analysis and develop robust design.
• Deliver workshop and prepare required documentations as per project guidelines.
• Design registration and qualification workflows; build modular questionnaires (tax, bank, ESG, InfoSec, sanctions).
• Align vendor master with S/4 - ECC(BP model) with a non-SAP MDM system
• Configure risk rules/thresholds and continuous monitoring; set up periodic review cadence and remediation playbooks.
• Define GDPR-compliant consent, data retention and right-to-be-forgotten processes.
• Establish supplier performance scorecards and corrective action plans linked to category strategies.
• Should have experience integrating SLP with multiple ERPs
• Should have managed & implemented FPC Ariba environment
• Create buying channels (punchout/hosted), smart forms, rules and help content; enable preferred content surfacing.
• Ariba buying configurations, including approval flows, ICM configurations, parameters
• Well-versed with Ariba master data and related configuration.
• Should be able to support mappings for the Ariba interfaces.
• Good to have knlowdge on Sourcing, contract, category management, CIG and MM

• Technical/Tools:
• Ariba SLP/Risk configuration; API/CIG patterns for risk feeds; data validation and dedupe rules.
• GB configuration, tile/form design, policy rules; basic HTML helpful for content.
• Ariba Buying, Catalog management, Guided Buying
• Supplier communication, enablement webinars, and executive reporting.
