Job Description

Gretis India is looking to hire a dynamic Senior Consultant to support a State Project Management Unit (SPMU) for the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) initiative.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day SPMU operations and ensure target deadlines are met.
Work with the Team Lead and guide junior consultants across IT, data, and agriculture domains.
Liaise with government authorities, banks, and field partners.
Track infrastructure milestones, fund utilization, and scheme adoption.
Analyze project data and prepare progress reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Total Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in developmental, infrastructure, or public program implementation initiatives.
Academic Background: Master's degree or equivalent Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management (MBA), Public Policy, Agri-business, Project Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Skill Set:
Working knowledge of project management life-cycles.
Strong aptitude for stakeholder coordination and inter-agency communication.
Sharp analytical and technical reporting abilities.
