Description
The Senior Consultant in the Global Capability Center will play a critical role in delivering high-impact consulting services to our international clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and driving operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting projects for global clients in various sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to support project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in management consulting, GCC, capitive operations or related field.
Expertise: Proven expertise in building captive operations methodologies, writing process flows, playbooks, SOPs, and Target Operating Models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of global market trends.
