Job Description

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional solutions on complex customer engagements. May act as the functional team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.Detail Requirements:
1.The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud implementations.
2.4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end to end implementation experience.
3.The candidate must have expert knowledge in any of the 2 modules along with Core HR module -
oTime and Labor
oAbsence Management
oPayroll
oBenefits
oCompensation
S/he should have completed at least 3 projects in the modules mentioned above.
4. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
5. Engineering graduates with MBA (HR) will be preferred.
6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
7. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
8. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
9. Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.

.Implementation and Configuration:
oPerform functional consultant role in the implementation of Core HR, Talent, ORC, Time and Labor (T&L), Absence Management, Compensation or Learning modules for clients.
oWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure solutions that meet the client's needs.
oConduct workshops and training sessions to gather functional requirements and document business processes.
oConfigure T&L and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud to meet organizational requirements.
oSet up absence types, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval hierarchies within the application.
.Testing and Validation:
oPerform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for T&L and Absence Management configurations.
oIdentify and troubleshoot issues during testing and provide solutions to ensure the system meets functional specifications.
.End-User Support and Training:
oProvide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations of the Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.
oPrepare and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams.
.System Integration and Data Migration:
oWork with technical teams to integrate Time and Labor and Absence Management modules with other HCM or ERP modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, HR, etc.).
oAssist in data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
.Continuous Improvement:
oStay updated with new releases, features, and best practices for Oracle HCM.
oWork with clients to recommend and implement process improvements using Oracle Cloud functionality.
.Documentation and Reporting:
oDocument functional designs, configurations, and process flows related to Time and Labor and Absence Management.
oProvide regular status reports to the project manager and ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
