Technical Excellence

• Maintain and update all records in internal systems and Excel, based on assigned tasks.
• Perform information and document validation in line with project or client requirements.
• Conduct verification checks by liaising with appropriate sources such as HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, or universities.
• Follow up with candidates for document collection or clarification through calls or emails.
• Coordinate with verification sources and ensure internal databases are updated accordingly.
• Ensure timely closure of verification checks as per defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure check closures where cross-functional coordination is needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Demonstrates an analytical mindset, with a focus on detail.
• Highly focused, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under deadlines.

Skills and Attributes

• Experience with transformation projects in the banking domain is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in business requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly trace business requirements to solution design.

Qualification

• Specify Degree if Known, e.g., B.Com, BBA, or relevant bachelor's degree

Experience

• 4+ years of total experience, including:
• Market Research, Company Profiling, and Secondary Research.
• Experience working on data-intensive projects with client-facing responsibilities.
