You will drive FinOps adoption and consult on Cost Optimization in Public Cloud. To leverage Cloud flexibility, various teams need visibility on potential inefficiencies and ways how to optimize Cloud cost using correct products and right sizing of their resources.

To strengthen FinOps governance, you will be collecting the best practices from inside and outside of DHL environment and provide guidance to users and teams in DHL. This knowledge will be made available to users via various learning sessions and published information, as well as individual consultations and support cases.

You will work with different stakeholders, tracking the opportunities, actions and achieved benefits. Our cloud environments will provide data to analyze and identify opportunities for cost saving that you will then present to the teams and help to implement resource and product optimizations.

As part of Secure Public Cloud Services FinOps team, you will be identifying requirements and implementing tools to support strategic initiatives in Cloud area.

Your knowledge, experience and continuous learning will be required to expand use of Public Cloud services and demonstrate the benefits of Cloud as flexible, scalable and agile environment.

Must Have Skills:

• Azure and Google Cloud products and services (mainly IaaS and PaaS)
• FinOps governance model and practices, Cloud billing
• Business Analysis
• Data Analysis, Reporting
• Consulting and Project Management experience

Additional Skills:

• Cloud Architecture
• Infrastructure deployment and scaling
• Estimation and pricing in Azure and Google

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:

As a FinOps Senior Consultant, having 2+ years FinOps experience is essential. Cloud Architect or Project Manager experience in Cloud migrations of deployments would be a benefit.

You are a cloud aficionado therefore you have a good understanding of IaaS and PaaS Cloud products, mainly in Azure and Google. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience in Cloud FinOps.
• In-depth and extensive experience with Azure / Google Cloud billing, implementations or migration projects.
• Experience in Cost Management and Consulting.
• Good knowledge of Azure and Google IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience with Business Consulting or Solution Architecture.
• Having a high exposure to Project Management.
• Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.
