Senior Consultant (Finance/Treasury/Risk)

**This is a 3-6 months / 11-week contract in Singapore. No visa sponsorship available. Immediate starters are preferred. Consulting experience is a must-have.

Project Overview

Our client, a global consulting firm is working with a leading Singapore bank, is seeking a Senior Consultant to support a Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) OR Credit Risk / Non-Financial Risk / Operational Risk project

Location: Singapore

FTP Project: 3-6 months contract

Risk Project: 11 weeks

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

FTP

• Develop and analyse behavioural life models for deposits and selected loan portfolios, working closely with data engineers
• Conduct quantitative analysis to assess behavioural patterns and inform FTP methodology
• Reconstruct and analyse FTP curves, identifying key drivers and areas for refinement
• Support analysis of other areas within the FTP methodology review
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for the client

Risk

• Review and enhance non-financial and operational risk frameworks
• Conduct risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) and recommend control improvements
• Analyse credit risk policies, processes and portfolio data to identify gaps
• Assess risk governance and three lines of defense against regulatory requirements
• Design and track remediation plans with first and second line teams
• Develop KRIs and risk reporting for senior management

Preferred Profile

• 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally from a leading strategy, management or financial services consulting firm
• Prior experience in finance, treasury, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), balance sheet management, credit risk, non-financial risk, operational risk or related banking topics is preferred
