About The Role

We are seeking highly experienced and well-networked Senior Consultants to collaborate on an executive search and business consulting model. This role is ideal for industry veterans or independent consultants who bring deep domain expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in leadership hiring and/or strategic advisory. This is a revenue-sharing opportunity designed for self-driven professionals who prefer flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Search & Talent Advisory

  • Lead end-to-end executive search mandates (CXO, leadership, and niche roles)
  • Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies across relevant industries
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates
  • Conduct candidate assessment, evaluation, and client presentations

Business Development

  • Leverage existing network to generate new business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with clients across Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Building Materials, and FMCG sectors
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling consulting and talent solutions
  • Drive client acquisition and mandate closures

Consulting & Market Insights

  • Provide strategic workforce insights and talent mapping
  • Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and organizational structuring
  • Support business consulting assignments where applicable

Key Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in at least one target sector: Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Building Materials, or FMCG
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client management
  • Established professional network and access to decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Engagement Model

  • Revenue Sharing Basis: Lucrative commission structure linked to successful closures
