Job description

• Over 5+ years of experience in Telecom Order Management Domain/Concept Wave.
• Experience as an EOC/ECM developer is required, and version 16.x & higher.
• Must have solid understanding on one/both of the systems: EOC (Ericsson Order Care) or/and ECM (Ericsson Catalog Management) v16.x and above.
• Must have experience working on Business Process, workflows, Interface calls, etc.
• Existing experience on delivering projects in EOC/ECM/ON/OM or part of an ADM team.
• Knowledge in Catalog driven orchestration framework.
• Experience in usage of Business rules, info models, MDRs, etc.
• Experience in EOC Exception handling, Workflow manager and other Error handlings.
• Experience with developing Business processes in EOC16.x & above.
• Experience in integration using web services (REST, SOAP, and MQ).
• Experience with XML/XSD/JSON & Java scripting.
• Experience handling Production defects.
• A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.
• Expected to gain understanding on the existing application and flow.
