Senior Consultant - Enterprise Data & AI Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead large-scale digital and data transformation programs, integrating data, AI, and business reinvention.
• Guide clients in designing data-driven organizations and embedding AI capabilities into core operations to unlock new sources of value.
• Connect strategy to execution, mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver agile and impactful outcomes.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, campaign content, and intellectual property for offerings around data strategy, AI operating models, and Generative AI-enabled transformation.
• Translate client ambitions into compelling value propositions supported by scalable data platforms and AI-powered operating models.
• Build and mentor high-performing, diverse consulting teams with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
