Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Consulting & Design professional to support and execute engineering, architectural, 3D visualization, BIM and design projects. The candidate should have strong industry exposure and the ability to independently manage design assignments from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle consulting, engineering and design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop and review architectural, engineering and technical designs.
- Prepare and review drawings, models, BOQs and technical documentation.
- Work with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, 3D visualization and relevant design software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Provide technical solutions and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
- Support preparation of project proposals, presentations and technical reports.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Support development of new consulting and design opportunities.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech / B.Arch / M.Arch / relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in construction, architecture, infrastructure, hospitality, commercial or real-estate projects preferred.
