Title: Senior Consultant - NetSuite
Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bangalore
Education: Bachelors
Exp Leve: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- 6+ years in NetSuit Techno Functional support / implementation experience
- Support experience in handling tickets / issues related to NetSuite modules
- Excellent business communication skills
- Ability to speak to business users and process owners to understand the ticket requirements
- Understanding of Financial business operations
- Analytical, Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities of the NetSuite functional modules
ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements
- Ensure data privacy and security of the data
- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts
- Support client with test script execution
- Follow the SLAs and other terms of the Contractual obligations
- Provide status and ticket updates to the stack holders
