Technical & Data Skills
• Experience with EA tools (e.g., OrbusInfinity).
• Proficiency with data quality analysis, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of technology lifecycle concepts (EOL/EOS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-deployment metadata (Azure, AWS, on-prem hybrid).

• Ability to map business services, capabilities, and processes to underpinning systems (IBS mapping).
• Experience documenting BAU processes, governance flows, and operating models.
• Ability to define rules, taxonomies, and classification structures.
Governance, Risk & Resilience Skills
• Awareness of Operational Resilience & Disaster Recovery regulatory standards.
• Understanding of ownership models (support groups, service owners).
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
Soft Skills
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-team coordination.
• Clear written communication for reports, mappings, and taxonomy documentation.
• Ability to work independently on large data sets and cross-functional tasks.
