Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of infrastructure sectors, particularly roads and highways
• Hands-on experience in financial modelling and infrastructure project evaluation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• High attention to detail with strong report-writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficient in usage of advanced Excel. Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for research, data analysis, drafting reports, analytical model designing and workflow optimization

 Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Finance
• CA / CFA / Engineering/ Bcom or equivalent

 Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in: Infrastructure advisory/ Management consulting/ Project finance/ Infrastructure strategy and transaction advisory/ Transport and mobility consulting

 Key Responsibilities

• Independently execute domestic and international infrastructure advisory assignments across sectors such as roads, highways, logistics, and transport
• Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects, including traffic/ revenue analysis, viability assessment, and investment evaluation
• Conduct market research, sector analysis, benchmarking studies, and commercial due diligence for infrastructure projects
• Manage interactions with clients, government authorities, developers, lenders, associates, partners and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
• Regularly support in business development, thought leadership and project execution with maintaining adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, bid documents, information memorandums etc
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency, enhance research quality, automate workflows, and strengthen analytical outputs
