As a Senior Consultant in our OCM department, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through complex change initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition and positive outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change management projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, tailored to client needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate organizational change.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify areas for improvement in change management processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change management efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in change management and organizational development.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients, clearly communicating the value and impact of change initiatives.
- Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the change management process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience in Change Management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications in Change Management.
- Techno-commercial knowledge and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Prosci Change Management certification is an advantage, demonstrating a deep understanding of change management principles.
- Proven consulting experience, with a history of working with diverse clients and industries.
- Supply chain or S4 Hana experience is highly desirable, providing additional expertise in these critical areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing complex change management challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Immediate availability or a maximum joining period of 30 days, allowing for a quick start to contribute to our team.
