We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Conduct benchmarking studies. Evaluate compensation across key anchors (such as base salary, total cash, long-term incentives, and total compensation) with respect to market and peer group data. Analyze publicly available information and internal industry data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Review existing short-term and long-term incentive plans for clients. Design new incentive plans (both short-term and long-term) tailored to client needs and market practices. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on recommended incentive plan solutions; modify solutions as per client feedback within Mercer's framework.
- Prepare project plan based on agreed scope of work; Coordinate with client for data, understanding their policies, scheduling meetings, etc. as per project requirements. Ensure ongoing engagement with clients beyond project delivery to grow Mercer's wallet share.
- Actively participate in business development: meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and create tailored proposals. Prepare insights, articles, and points of view on executive compensation and incentive plan practices
- Handle administrative tasks such as creating statements of work (SOWs), reviewing and tracking invoices, and liaising with Finance for timely invoicing and payment tracking.
What you need to have:
- 4-6 years of experience in total rewards/compensation
- MBA/Post graduation in Human Resources
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Client-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
