Responsibilities :
Manage and develop Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity
Serve as a team member, track lead on Agile / Scrum delivery engagements for clients & Guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate
Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
Partner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Train other Scrum Masters and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants
Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master running agile ceremonies & driving continuous improvements
Demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of agile projects using scrum or various other methodologies across value chain in Life Sciences
Proven efficiency in conflict management, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to lead or manage stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency with IT tools supporting delivery, example JIRA, Confluence etc
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
BS or MS degree in LifeScience, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
Must be scrum certified from Scrum Alliance or equivalent institution
Preferred CSM, PSM, SAFe, Agile Certified Professional
Knowledge of Healthcare, LifeScience, Clinical research industry, and practices and regulations is a plus
