About the Role

ROLE SUMMARY Supports and executes OCM activities across AI-driven business transformation projects. Responsible for operational execution, stakeholder coordination, multi-channel communications, training support using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), change deliverables, analysis/tracking, and project documentation.

Qualifications/Experience

• Relevant : 3-10 years plus years relevant experience in Change management.
• Minimum of bachelors degree Business, Engineering or Computer Science, HR
• Techno Commercial knowledge
• Change Management certification Prosci good to have .
• Consulting Experience is must
• Supply chain /S4 Hana experience is added advantage

Responsibilities

• Supports and executes OCM activities across AI-driven business transformation projects.
• Responsible for operational execution, stakeholder coordination, multi-channel communications.
• Provides training support using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP).
• Delivers change deliverables, analysis/tracking, and project documentation.
• Interacts with project team members & client SMEs via digital collaboration tools.
• Participates in virtual/hybrid workshops with stakeholder coordination.
• Performs data analysis & synthesizes findings using AI-assisted tools.
• Identifies delivery risks/issues using change analytics.
• Supports root-cause analysis with data-driven insights.
• Escalates issues appropriately using digital governance channels.
• Prepare multi-channel communication materials using AI content tools.
• Maintain project trackers & change adoption dashboards.
• Support digital training logistics using DAPs & e-learning platforms.
• Support change impact analysis & real-time readiness surveys.
• Create status reports using data visualization & AI tools.
• Support small projects/workstreams and medium/large programs.
