Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HCM Helpdesk Implementation Consultant to support the design, setup, and deployment of HR Helpdesk solutions within HCM platforms. The role involves configuring helpdesk modules, streamlining HR service delivery processes, and ensuring smooth implementation aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of HCM Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements for HR helpdesk processes
- Configure and customize helpdesk solutions (case management, workflows, SLAs, knowledge base)
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for solution design and deployment
- Set up ticketing workflows, escalation matrices, and service catalogs
- Configure user roles, access controls, and security settings
- Support integrations with other HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, ESS, etc.)
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support defect resolution
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and SOPs
- Deliver end-user training and support go-live activities
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in HCM implementation or HR helpdesk systems
- Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- Workday
- Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models
- Experience in configuring case management and ticketing tools
- Knowledge of workflow design and SLA configuration
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
