Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant with experience in ERP transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and experience working with enterprise ERP solutions, preferably SAP. This role requires strong stakeholder management, business process understanding, and the ability to support ERP transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

  • Support ERP implementation, transformation, migration, and optimization projects.

  • Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.

  • Work closely with business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Assist in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Develop project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or transformation projects.
  • Experience working with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across functions.
  • Experience managing stakeholder interactions and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
