Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Construction / Project Process Consultant for multiple luxury residential projects with high-end interiors in Delhi NCR.

The mandate is to streamline execution and build a robust coordination system

across:

Design (architect + interiors)

Site execution

Purchase & cost control

Key Expectations:

Establish clear SOPs and approval workflows

Implement a strong drawing control system

Improve planning, accountability, and reporting

Reduce dependency on promoter-level involvement

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in luxury residential or premium

interior execution, who can work closely with the team and drive implementation on ground.

Initial engagement: 23 months (extendable based on outcomes)

Location: New Delhi
