Hiring: Senior Conga CPQ Business Analyst (Freelance Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Conga CPQ Business Analyst to join a global Pharma/MedTech organization on a major transformation program.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Business Analyst experience in enterprise transformation and system implementation projects

• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ

• Strong Salesforce & Conga ecosystem knowledge

• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Pricing, Quoting, Contract Management, Order Management, and Billing processes

• Experience with SAP SD and integrations with SAP FI & MM

• Expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and functional specification documentation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience supporting UAT, testing, deployment, and change management

• Background working in large global organizations and complex transformation programs

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across Conga CPQ initiatives and enhancements

• Facilitate workshops with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Pricing, Operations, and IT teams

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and business documentation

• Drive Quote-to-Cash process improvements and optimization initiatives

• Collaborate with Salesforce, Conga, SAP, and integration teams

• Support testing, defect resolution, UAT, training, and go-live activities

• Serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams
