Education - B.E/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, IT and Computer only
Budget for this role - 5 LPA to 7 LPA
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Configuration Engineer with hands-on experience in ERP implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support ERP solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system configurations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation projects.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Prepare and maintain configuration documents and process workflows.
- Provide user support and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure successful delivery of ERP implementation projects within timelines.
Key Skills:
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or functional support.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry.
- Exposure to project-based ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of procurement, project management, inventory, or related ERP modules.
