Senior Conference Producer

We are looking for an experienced conference professional to take strategic ownership of Tradepass B2B events portfolio. This role goes beyond producing individual events — you will set the content direction, lead a team of producers, and work closely with commercial and marketing teams to grow our technology events business globally. Suited to someone with 5–8 years of B2B conference experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity.

What We're Looking For

-       5–8 years of B2B conference production experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role

-       Strong knowledge of the technology sector and the ability to spot commercially valuable topics

-       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-       Proven track record managing complex, multi-event workloads under deadline pressure

-       Confidence engaging with senior industry stakeholders and building lasting professional relationships

-       Experience managing or mentoring a team

-       Analytical mindset with an eye for both content quality and commercial performance

-       Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
