Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Conference Producer. The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality summits and events. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to identify industry trends, acquiring high-profile speakers, planning event logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves engaging with industry leaders to identify topics and content that resonate with the target audience, ensuring every event delivers value and insight.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Conference Production and Event Management, with a proven track record in delivering successful events
- Strong skills in Market Research to identify industry trends and develop relevant content for events
- Exceptional Communication and Speaker Acquisition abilities to engage with thought leaders and secure their participation
- Experience in building partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated leadership and project management expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment, with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with investment, finance, or technology sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
