Job Description

Experience & Skills:

 

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Speaker Acquisition and Content Writing

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3. Strong research and organizational abilities

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1. Conduct market and database research to identify potential speakers and industry experts

2. Acquire and onboard speakers for the conference

3. Manage end-to-end coordination with speakers, jury members and award presenters

4. Develop and write content for event websites, promotional emails and marketing campaigns

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the conference
