About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing regulatory and compliance requirements across Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, Research Analyst, and proposed IFSCA-related business activities. The individual will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong governance, regulatory adherence, and scalable compliance processes.

What You'll Do

Wealth & Asset Management Compliance

• Distribution of Financial Products
• Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
• Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
• Research Analyst regulations
• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, circulars, and regulatory frameworks applicable to wealth and asset management businesses
• Monitor and implement regulatory updates and compliance controls across business functions

IFSCA / GIFT City Compliance

• Support compliance requirements related to proposed financial services in GIFT City / IFSC
• Track and interpret IFSCA regulations, circulars, and reporting obligations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for implementation of regulatory requirements

Digital & Platform Compliance

• Handle compliance requirements related to app/web-based financial offerings
• Support governance related to DPDP and other applicable digital/platform regulations
• Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to ensure regulatory alignment

Governance & Regulatory Coordination

• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters
• Support audits, inspections, regulatory submissions, and compliance reviews
• Strengthen internal processes, controls, and compliance monitoring frameworks
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and compliance reporting mechanisms

What We're Looking For

• CA / CS / MBA or equivalent qualification
• 8 – 9+ years of experience in securities market compliance
• Strong experience in: Wealth Management, PMS / AIF Compliance, Asset Management / Financial Services Compliance
• Good understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to IFSCA / GIFT City regulations will be an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Process-oriented mindset with strong decision-making ability
