About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our Regional HR team. This role will be responsible for driving compensation and benefits initiatives, workforce planning, HR analytics, and manpower cost management across the business. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure our people practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational growth objectives.

What You'll Do
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking exercises, annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and employee support programs.
- Support manpower planning, headcount forecasting, organizational planning, and workforce budgeting exercises.
- Monitor manpower costs, hiring movements, and employee-related expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide workforce insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, including headcount, attrition, compensation, workforce costs, and organizational trends.
- Deliver actionable insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting processes.
- Ensure HR practices, compensation programs, and employee policies comply with local labor regulations, company policies, and governance requirements.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Provide HR advisory support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Partner closely with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on regional HR initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, operational workflows, and system efficiencies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
