We are hiring a Senior Community Manager for a Leading D2C Health & Wellness Company looking for someone passionate about building meaningful communities, driving engagement, and creating a strong sense of belonging.

Location: Gurugram – Work from Office

Experience: 3–6 Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow existing community groups across India.

• Drive member participation, engagement and retention.

• Plan weekly conversations, challenges, expert sessions and community activities.

• Identify highly engaged members and develop State & City Community Leaders.

• Build and manage an Ambassador / Member Leader Program.

• Organize city meetups, wellness events, workshops and retreats.

• Develop referral programs to drive community growth.

• Create meaningful opportunities for women to connect, support and empower each other.

• Capture member stories, feedback, transformations and community insights.

• Collaborate closely with Content, Health and Marketing teams.

• Track community metrics and continuously improve engagement and retention.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–6 years of experience in Community Management, Community Building, Consumer Communities, Events or Membership Ecosystems

Experience managing WhatsApp and other community platforms

Strong understanding of member engagement, retention and community growth

Experience building ambassador programs or community leader networks

Strong event management and relationship-building skills

We're looking for someone who:

Has hands-on experience building and growing consumer communities

Understands how to drive engagement and long-term member retention

Has managed WhatsApp groups, ambassadors or community leaders

Has experience organizing meetups, workshops or offline community events

Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively

Can take ownership of community growth and create a genuine sense of belonging
